Withdrawal from the contract / return of goods

The B2B customer has the option to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. To exercise the option of withdrawing from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@stepintodesign.pl).

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we return to you the payments received from you, without the costs of delivering the item (i.e. delivery costs), immediately, and in any case not later than 30 days from the day on which we received the product returned by you. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return.

A prerequisite for a refund is that we receive a brand new product in its original, undamaged packaging.
